This site is dedicated to Vista. This could be referring to the Microsoft OS Vista, even though this site isn't even remotely related to the OS Vista.

Or you could consider it a site dedicated to the word "vista", which according to Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary, means "an extensive mental view" or "a distant view through or along an avenue or opening."

Don't ask me, I don't know myself what exactly it is dedicated to...
